ALLISON (1957, SEPARATE TABLES (1958) and THE SUNDOWNERS (1960), and having never won the Oscar, the Academy finally gave her an Honorary Award in 1994 for her screen achievements. In the film THE INNOCENTS (1960), Ms. Kerr wore a beautiful pair of gold earrings dangling from a pear shaped diamond with a pale blue center stone.
